Despite the initial mishap with our son's phone, the staff turned a potential disaster into a remarkable experience. Mr Ardogan and his team truly came through for us.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was tainted by Fatima’s unhelpfulness. It felt like we were on our own when we first reported the issue, which added to our stress.

I had a canny time here, especially with the staff. Mr Haydar and Mr Turker were so helpful, making me feel right at home! Just a shame the double room was a bit snug for me, like.

The location, the cleanliness, the friendly housekeeper was truly remarkable.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and local eateries. The breakfast included delightful French bread, enhancing the morning experience. the lack of soundproofing between rooms made it difficult to enjoy the stay fully, and there were occasional lapses in the cleanliness routine that affected comfort. A greater variety in breakfast options would also be appreciated.

We loved our time exploring nearby sites like Hagia Sophia! The staff was so friendly, especially Ms. Tutku, who kept our spirits up. Our Junior Suite had stunning city views, and the location was a huge plus for my large family with a little kid.

My wife says that a pool would be great for the kids.

Breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, as some items felt repetitive.

I had a lovely experience at the Ramada in Istanbul. The room featured a mini-bar stocked with water and soft drinks daily, which was a nice touch. The prompt service at the restaurant impressed me. breakfast included a good variety, perfect for starting the day. I enjoyed the panoramic view from the terrace, a relaxing spot in the evenings. The hotel's location made it easy to access public transport and explore attractions. I noticed that the room size was a bit tight for my comfort. I also experienced inconsistent room cleaning which affected the overall satisfaction. A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning routine would have gone a long way.

The buffet breakfast was a delightful blend of traditional and international flavors, featuring everything from hot cooked dishes to Turkish delight. Thanks to the direct tram access right across the street, exploring local attractions was a breeze!
